Eric Barnes has over 13 years experience with the one of the nations largest building material suppliers. He was responsible for supervising eight locations each with 150 to 200 employees. Eric attended Tyler Junior College and Southern Arkansas University. Eric has two children Matthew and Lauren.

Jerry is one of our construction managers who oversees the building of homes through completion. Having spent many years in education, he has a wide range of experience in managing people and projects and brings a great deal of knowledge to the building trade. Jerry has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and an associate's degree in drafting. He is married to wife Virginia and they have two children and three grandchildren.

Tony is one of our construction managers who oversees the building of homes from start to finish. Tony brings great experience in managing the construction process. He spent 7 years as a finish carpenter on remodeling and new construction. He also was with the University of Tyler as Supervisor for Internal Remodeling. Tony is married to wife Jamie.

Eric LeVrier is one of our construction managers. He comes with 20+ years of construction experience. Eric's experience includes residential, light & heavy commercial building, and real estate development. He is also skilled in construction estimating, design development, project scheduling, and construction management. He has managed projects throughout the southern United States, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Eric is married to wife Kim and has three children.

Toni Michael handles all of the financial accounting including accounts payable and receivable. Toni has 10 years of experience as a business manager for a large non-profit organization. While Toni's accounting experience brings her joy and satisfaction, she also has a great passion and experience in home decorating. Toni is married to husband David and has three children and one grandchild.

Diane is our Construction Coordinator and the liaison with our clients. She works with our Subcontractors to obtain the bids needed for construction, follows up with Subcontractors after construction for warranty work, and stays in constant communication with our clients during the building and warranty process. Diane has 25 years of management experience. Diane is married to husband Chuck, has two children and four grandchildren.
